Kadian spent his childhood in Shepherdstown, WV, 60 miles outside of Washington D.C. It is a small historic town with a population of 1000 people and home to Shepherd University. He grew up in what was the town's old Fire Station before it was converted into a home. These are photo's of the Memorial Vigil organised two days after his death by his childhood friends.
